How to report material you believe infringes your copyright.

SnapAPrice respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to file a notice

Your written notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it (for example, the URL or lead reference);
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@snapaprice.com including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction as provided by the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of Clients or users who are repeat infringers.
